Kathy stumbled upon real estate by assisting with company housing and conducting tours for the oil companies.  Born and raised on Ontario, she soon found herself living and raising a family of her own in Fort McMurray.  33 years later and many bumps in the road, she has finally found her niche with a fantastic new and exciting franchise called 3% Realty.  Along with residential property management and condo management, Bowers has experienced great success, especially in the past 5 years.  With a grade 12 education, she credits life experiences and an awesome husband who has supported all her ventures good or bad.  Learning from your mistakes is key and takes advantage of drawing experienced individuals to help achieve her goals.  Starting out with one employee and one agent, Bowers says the business has exploded since taking on the business model of 3%. Enough that she has expanded her knowledge along with two top realtors in her Fort Mac office and has now opened in St. John's, NFLD.   With no surprise, the business has started off with great success. Once other realtors see we are here to stay,  Bowers expects the same growth to flourish NFLD.  What's next for Kathy Bowers?  More 3% brokerages throughout Canada!  Why not?
